Cancellation & Refund Policy for Silvori

At Silvori, your satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel orders, request returns or refunds, and under what conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. To cancel, contact us via email at silvori.offical@gmail.com or through your account dashboard, quoting your order number.

  • After dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery when the courier arrives, and the product will be returned to us. Refunds will then be initiated as per the Refund Policy below.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Return window: You may return products within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition for return: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Non-returnable items: Customised / personalized jewellery, engraved items, or any products specified as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

3. How to Return / Request Refund

  1. Send us an email at silvori.offical@gmail.com with your order number, product photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

  2. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 72 hours or as per logistics constraints.

  3. Once we receive the returned product and complete inspection (to check condition, packaging, etc.), we will initiate your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

  • After we receive your returned item and approve it, refunds will typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • If you do not receive the refund within this period after confirmation, contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you.

5. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with images and description.

  • We will either offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6. Fees & Charges

  • No charges are applicable from Silvori for returns that are caused by our error (wrong/damaged product).

  • In other cases (customer’s change of mind) any shipping or reverse pickup charges may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

7. Replacement / Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange a product instead of a refund (for example, a different size or variant), reach out within the return window.

  • Once we receive the original item, following inspection, we will ship the replacement if the requested variant is in stock.

  • Delivery time for the replacement will depend on stock and shipping constraints (typically 5-7 working days) from date of dispatch.

8. Refusal of Delivery

  • If you refuse delivery of a shipped order, the product will be returned to us.

  • Once received and inspected, a refund will be initiated. The same conditions (original payment method, processing time) will apply.
