Shipping & Handling Policy

At Silvori, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and quickly, while ensuring complete transparency about our shipping and return process.

Shipping

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Please note that personalised items may take longer to process.
  • If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, the order may be split, and non-personalised items will be delivered beforehand.
  • Delivery Time (India): Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take an additional 4–6 business days.
  • International Orders: Currently, Silvori ships only within India. 
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹449 within India.
  • International orders and return shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
Split Deliveries
  • If you order multiple items, including personalised or gold jewellery, your order may arrive in parts depending on availability.

Returns

Return Policy
  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unworn items — no questions asked.
  • The 30-day return does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products.
  • Silvori reserves the right to process refunds only after inspection of returned items.
  • If you purchased a Silvori product from a third party (other than the official Silvori Website or Silvori Exclusive Stores), the return policy of that source will apply.
  • Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in case of returns.
Missing Items in Returns
  • If a customer claims to have returned multiple items but the pickup does not include all the said products, Silvori reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
  • This includes promotional products such as free gifts and silver coins.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Replacement & Exchange

  • You can request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
  • The same conditions as returns apply.
  • Replacements will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (for gold items).

Return Process

  • You can initiate a return request via our website.
  • Alternatively, contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
  • Once a return request is booked, please ensure availability for reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner.
  • If you miss calls or are unavailable, the delivery partner may cancel the pickup, and the process will need to be re-initiated.

Pin Code Serviceability

  • While most pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases some may only be forward serviceable.
  • In such cases, we may request you to return the product using an alternate courier (e.g., India Post) and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹70).
  • If return charges exceed ₹70, the excess will be deducted from the refund.
  • For completely non-serviceable pin codes, the customer will need to ship the product back to our warehouse, and ₹70 will be added to the refund to cover shipping.

Empty Parcels or Missing Products

  • In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A 360-degree unpacking video of the package will be required to process the claim.
  • Claims without sufficient evidence or where visible tampering is observed may not be honoured.
  • Silvori reserves the right to take the final decision in such cases.
